Acceptable, but some issues need addressing

The room was quite spacious, which i guess it's a plus.
I had some issues with the in-room amenities. My request for distilled water (for my medical equipment) was confirmed three times before arrival but was not provided (i mean, seriously?).

the staff were amazing and helped me with directions. the breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items, i always had enough choices. my room included a comfortable bed with soft linen, i slept very well. the hotel premises was super clean, the cleanliness was noticeable throughout my visit.
the air conditioning was a little noisy, i think.

My beautiful double room included a mini-fridge, a safe, and a desk. All very useful. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided fluffy towels! the room was also quite spacious.

the hotel is situated near the airport, this was very convenient for my early morning flight. i noticed a bus stop located within a short walk, it is easy to use public transportation. taxis are readily available outside the hotel.

the hotel has a spa with a sauna and steam room, i found it very relaxing. there is a well-equipped gym with treadmills and weights! the on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu.

wonderful and clean stay
easy parkingimmaculate room
the hotel was easy accesible next to a main highway. parking was very simple and free. i checked in late and the front desk clerk was proactive and helped me calling a pizza place because i was starving. the room was immaculate with great bathroom materials, very clean and the bed felt wonderful all night.
i arrived late and heavy machinery were doing road works outside. the taxi driver was not sure how to access the hotel.

breakfast was very good, but fresh juices are bottled and not fresh. staff was courteous and helpful anytime i saw them. i appreciate the service they give.

inconvenient location
I had a reservation for several nights. Sleep proved difficult, even with earplugs. the staff did not address this disturbance effectively. additionally, the location is rather remote from the city center, requiring taxi rides for most outings. there are few dining options within easy walking distance. That was inconvenient.

i really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. the room i had, a beautiful double room sofa bed, was super clean and well-kept. the breakfast was also a highlight.. it had a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.
it was quite disruptive, especially during the night and early morning. i also found the hotel to be a bit far from the city center.. walking there was not really feasible.
